The company POLICLINICA GRIGORESCU SRL is a competent, efficient, open, customer-oriented company, having as activity field the provision of medical services and the collection of biological samples.

The company’s mission is to ensure the availability of quality services to meet the customer’s requirements and those of the market.

We respect our partners and coworkers through the care for the quality of the services.

Our company is continuously interested in minimizing the impact of the activities on the environment, as well as to increase the efficiency of the activity, promoting the principles of quality.

Within our company, quality is the main competitive argument by which we are determined to ensure the success of our company.

The basic principles and objectives around which the entire activity carried out within the company is built are the following:

  • Achieving the quality policy and goals, complying with the legislation in force and the requirements of the client.
  • Complying with the legal requirements, the European directives and the other regulations  applicable to the services of the company;
  • Complying with the national and European requirements and regulations regarding the environment, applicable to the activities carried out;
  • Complying with the requirements, fulfilling the clients expectations and those of all other interested parties;
  • Measurement, monitoring, evaluation (analysis), continuous improvement of the performance regarding quality and environment;
  • Permanent surveillance of the quality and environment system, in order to ensure the permanent improvement.
  • Management of the medical waste, without generating risks for the environment, prevention of environment pollution according to the national and European regulations in force
  • Selective collection of other types of waste resulted from the activity and the recovery of recyclable waste.
  • Efficient use of utilities in order to preserve the natural resources.
  • Ensuring the permanent training of the employees in all aspects required by the management system, sensitizing the staff and raising its awareness regarding the environment issues.
  • Achieving an excellent image proved by professionalism and efficiency.

  • Continuous assimilation, implementation and improvement of the documents for the SR EN ISO 9001:2008 and SR EN ISO 14001:2005 Management System.

    The basic condition in order to turn those mentioned above into reality is to comply with the requirements of the Quality Management System implemented in the company according to the SR EN ISO 9001:2008 standard and the SR EN ISO 14001:2005 Environmental Management System.

    This system offers the framework for the improvement of the activities through:

    • Each employee signaling any non-compliance occurred during the activity in order to have it removed.
    • Removing the causes that lead to non-compliance occurred during the activity, reducing the non-quality costs.
    • Periodic data analysis in order to continuously improve the activities.

    The management of the company is committed to ensuring the necessary resources for the funcționing, maintainance and continuous improvement of the efficiency of the integrated management system.
